1. Who we are. Parts Hunter is operated by ("we", "us"), based in Montenegro. These Terms govern your use of the Parts Hunter website and account.
2. What the service does. Parts Hunter searches multiple third-party auto parts distributors and aggregates their results. Business accounts see the real distributor name, quantity, location and price for every result at no markup from us — you set your own markup, if any, when quoting your own client. Customer (individual) accounts see a single service price with our markup already included, and never see which distributor a result came from. Availability and pricing are provided by third-party suppliers and can change or be inaccurate without notice — where we cannot confirm a price or stock level, we mark the item "Call to check" rather than guessing.
3. Accounts. You're responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access. You must provide accurate contact details (name, phone, address) — we use these to fulfill orders and, where relevant, arrange delivery.
4. Linked distributor accounts. If you link your own account with a supported distributor, you authorize us to use those credentials solely to search on your behalf through that distributor, so you can see your own negotiated price alongside ours. We do not use linked credentials for any other purpose, and which distributors you're able to link is set by us on request.
5. Orders. Placing an order through Parts Hunter is a request to purchase at the displayed price; we'll confirm final availability before fulfillment. We reserve the right to cancel or adjust an order if a supplier's price or stock changes materially between search and confirmation. Prices shown do not include VAT (PDV) unless stated otherwise — your final invoice will reflect any VAT applicable under Montenegrin tax law.
6. Right of withdrawal. Individual (Customer) orders may be subject to a statutory withdrawal period under Montenegro's consumer protection law, subject to the usual exceptions (e.g. parts ordered/cut specifically for your vehicle). Orders placed under a Business account are commercial transactions between businesses and are not covered by consumer withdrawal rights — return/cancellation terms for Business orders are agreed with us directly.
7. No warranty on third-party data. We aggregate data from external suppliers we don't control. We work to keep it accurate but don't guarantee that every price, stock count, or part description is error-free. If something looks wrong, please tell us — we treat that as a bug to fix, not something to shrug off.
8. Acceptable use. Don't attempt to scrape, resell access to, or circumvent rate limits on the service; don't attempt to access another user's account or data; don't share your account login with people outside your own business.
9. Liability. To the extent permitted by Montenegrin law, 's liability arising from use of Parts Hunter is limited to the value of the order in question. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
10. Changes. We may update these Terms from time to time; continued use after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
11. Governing law. These Terms are governed by the laws of Montenegro. Questions? Contact us at or via the Support form.

1. Data controller. , based in Montenegro, is the data controller responsible for the personal data described in this policy. Contact: , or via the Support form in the app.
2. What we collect. Account details you provide (email, name/company, phone, address); order, repair-card and client/vehicle records you create; and, if you choose to link a distributor account, that account's username and password.
3. How we store linked distributor credentials. These are encrypted before storage and are only ever decrypted server-side, at the moment of a search, to act on your behalf with that distributor. Our staff cannot read them in plain text through normal use of the admin tools.
4. How we use your data. To operate your account, fulfill orders, provide support, and (for admins) to configure which suppliers are available to you. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
5. Who we share it with. Third-party distributors, only as needed to search (e.g. sending a part number to a supplier's system). For Customer (individual) accounts, our search results never reveal which distributor a given result came from — that identity is kept server-side. Business accounts see the real distributor for each result, since that's core to how the service works for them.
6. Cookies and local storage. We don't use advertising or tracking cookies. The app stores a small amount of data directly in your browser (not a tracking cookie) to make it work: your login session, cart contents, and display preferences (theme, language). This is strictly functional storage, cleared by clearing your browser data, not shared with any third party. Your search history (part numbers searched, results found) is stored on our servers against your account, not just your browser, so it stays available across devices and powers your account's search dashboard.
7. Data retention. We keep account and order data for as long as your account is active, plus a reasonable period afterward for accounting and legal purposes. You can request deletion of your account and personal data at any time by contacting us — we'll retain only what we're legally required to keep (e.g. financial records).
8. Security. Passwords are hashed, never stored in plain text. We rate-limit login attempts to reduce brute-force risk. No online system is 100% secure, but we treat account and credential security as a priority, not an afterthought.
9. Your rights. Under Montenegro's data protection law, you can view and edit your profile at any time from your Account page, change your password, and request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by contacting us.
10. Contact. Questions about this policy or your data — reach us at or via the Support form.
